The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is close to both the city center and Cascais. You can easily explore the area and enjoy the beautiful beaches. The restaurant offers a great dining experience, with a nice selection of dishes. The hotel is surrounded by fabulous gardens, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with excellent amenities such as a pool and spa.
Some of the staff seemed a bit rude, possibly due to language barriers.

The everyday cleaning is satisfactory, with a good selection of toiletries provided daily. The wifi connection is good. The area around the hotel is attractive, with a beautiful garden inside. The hotel is located on a main road, which can be noisy at times. this minor inconvenience doesn't detract from the overall experience.
